• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• You must have the permission of the account or card holder before making a purchase.

• Attempting to bypass store limitations or abuse purchases may result in a permanent ban from the AnchorMC network.

2. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

• Filing a chargeback will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent ban from the AnchorMC network.

  • Revocation of all ranks or perks purchased.

  • Reporting to Minecraft server ban databases and payment fraud systems.

• If you experience a payment issue, please contact us through our support system or Discord instead of opening a dispute.

3. Virtual Goods

• All items purchased are digital and hold no real-world monetary value.

• Perks may change over time as the server is updated.

• We reserve the right to revoke perks without prior notice if rules are broken.

4. Server Rules & Conduct

• Purchases do not exempt you from following the server rules.

• Breaking server rules can result in loss of your rank or access without refund.

5. Changes to Terms

• AnchorMC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without notice.
